The Nebraska Firefighters Conference Room has a carpeted floor, a large board room table and 10 board chairs. The room may be set up in a wide variety of arrangements that will typically accommodate up to 75 people. This space is great for business lunches, professional meetings, special occasions & larger parties!

Groups of 10 or more are invited to add on a Gallery tour package at a discounted group rate:

During business hours, the room rental fee is $50 for four hours. A deposit of equal amount to reserve the space at least one week in advance is necessary.

After business hours, the room rental fee is $75 four hours. A credit card number or post-dated check equal to the rental fee amount is required to reserve the room at least one week in advance.

Should there be any damage to the room or the facility caused by any member of your party, the full deposit amount will be held as a damage deposit in addition to the rental fee.

Please note that the Conference Room’s availability is not guaranteed for your event until the deposit arrangements have been made.
